Up Coming Events

Just an up date on what is going in acrobatics in Ontario and Canada.

The 2nd Acrobatic Gymnastics Training Camp will be taking place on February 5th an 6th at the Oakville Gymnastics Club. This training camp will be hosted by the Oakville Gymnastics Club with cooperation and support provided by Gymnastics Ontario, Gymnastics Canada and Cirque Du Soleil.

Wednesday, January 13th Gymnastics Canada will have it's next Acrobatics Development Committee meeting in Montreal. Topics of discussion range from coaching certification program creation, a NEW CANADIAN Acrobatics Competitive Level system, Cirque Du Soleil's continued initiatives to support acrobatics in Canada, and an FIG Level 1 Coaching Academy for Acrobatics here in Canada in the next year.

Lots of great stuff being worked on.

Good luck in your clubs and your regions of Ontario. Hope everyone is working hard to develop acrobatics in their own way and we look forward to seeing all of you in February at the next camp.

I will post the call to camp here early next week.
