February Training Camp


All Cirque du Soleil images are property fo Cirque du Soleil.
February 11th to 13th Gymnastics Ontario will be hosting the 2nd Acrobatic Gymnastics Training Camp at the Mississauga Gymnastics Club.  This training camp will be a collaboration with Gymnastics Canada and Cirque du Soleil.  We are presently trying to get  a clinician from Cirque du Soleil to work with the athletes that weekend.  I will post more information here as it becomes available.  You can contact me directly through this blog if you are interested in participating.  This camp is open to Acrobatic Dance Instructors, Circus Arts coaches, Acro Yoga Instructors, Gymnastics Coaches, and anyone who is thinking of doing some ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS.  All are welcome!

Acro Video of the Month January

Here is a video of the Russian 12-19 Team from World Age Group Championships 2010 in Wroclaw, Poland.  Great acrobatics.  A really nice routine.  I posted earlier a routine by the Moldovan team and said that it was a good transition routine between 11-16 Men's age category and 12-19.  The Russian team is the step leading from 12-19 to a senior Men's Group.
